Cancellations / Refunds / Substitutions

Requests for cancellations / refunds must be submitted in writing by July 26, 2018. Request refunds by emailing naaia.office@gmail.com. All requests are subject to a $50 administrative fee. Refunds are not given after July 26, 2018. NAAIA will not reimburse you if you do not attend.

No Refunds of Specific Fees:
All administrative fees, gala only, or on-site registration fee(s) are nonrefundable.

Refund requests for payments made by check will be issued, less $50 administrative fee, within 60 days following the conference. Refund requests for payments made by credit card will be issued, less $50 administrative fee, within 30 business days after confirmation of receiving the request.

Substitutions:
Substitutions are allowed, however, cost differentials will apply (i.e. a non-member is substituted for a Member - an additional charge would apply).
